WEEK 59 early morning eel fishing!-working so hard-priesthood is REAL!

Hey Hey! Today was legit!

 I woke up randomly at like 5:00 am and couldn't go back to sleep so I got my fishing stuff and went outside our house and plopped my line in. I ended up catching a few fish and 1 eel, small eel. Then my line got snagged for like 5 minutes. Then, I see this eel go after my bate that is stuck. It bit it then got hooked! I watched it squirm and got my line free and then I just pulled this eel up out of the water!!!!! And, this thing wasn't just an eel, this thing was a monster!! It was about as thick as my arm!  and was so big! Then I grabbed a rock and crushed its head to kill it. That is how it is done here.  And man, those things don't wanna die!! But that was cool. Food!!!!

 Another cool thing, when me and my companion set up that big fish trap next to the house, there were a bunch of sea urchins(spiky balls). They were like a vibrant blue and looked so sick. So, I had to touch it of course with my shoe and then a couple needles were in my shoe.  As I was getting them out, one stabbed me hahaha, then my finger swelled up. I was thinking about peeing on it but I decided nah because we were about to eat. Luckily the next day it went down a little. Now, it's even better. Still can't really type with it, but its cool.

Also I gave out 2 baptism dates! I love asking them because the spirit gets so strong. So this Saturday we have a baptism!

The work is coming along! Lots of biking on rough roads and crappy bikes, but its all good! Working hard makes time fly by so fast!! It's crazy! This transfer is almost over already!! I think it went by so fast because we were on Tarawa for 1 week for mission tour. but idk.

This past week I also gave a few blessings to people, which I love doing because the priesthood is real!

Anyways, so many cool stories! just not enough time to share!! So much happens everyday I wish I could just type everything!
